Performance Anxiety

Performance anxiety is rarely due to a lack of skill or lack of preparation, rather it occurs when we shift our focus away from our abilities and onto negative judgements of ourselves. Learn to notice when you’ve shifted from a skillful to unskillful mindset and practice bringing calm awareness back to the task at hand.

Grieving

If it is grief that brings you to self-compassion, please know that we are so sorry for your loss. Grieving can be triggered by losses that take many forms and treating our grieving selves with compassion is a different way to be with our very real pain. Learn to begin to access intense feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them.
